You don't need to be on the ski fields to enjoy this luscious hot chocolate - perfect for a cold winter's day.
1 litre milk
½ tsp fresh nutmeg, grated
100 g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
100 g 70% cocoa chocolate, chopped
whipped cream, to serve
grated chocolate, to serve
- In a medium saucepan, combine milk, nutmeg and chocolate, cook and stir over medium heat until chocolate has melted, and mixture is smooth.
- Serve in warm latte mugs, topped with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
