1 ½ cups low-fat Greek-style natural yoghurt
1 tbsp honey
1 large mango flesh removed and diced
3 passionfruit pulped
- Place yoghurt, honey and half the mango into a food processor. Blend until smooth. Stir through half the passionfruit pulp. Divide among 4 small bowls or glasses. Cover and chill until required.
- To serve, remove from the fridge and top with remaining passionfruit and mango. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
