4 medium bananas
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/3 cup thick vanilla custard
Chocolate-flavoured cream wafers, to serve
Peel and coarsely chop bananas. Place in a medium snap-lock bag. Seal. Freeze overnight.
Just before serving, loosen and separate bananas. Place in a food processor. Process until coarsely chopped. Add berries. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Add custard. Process until smooth and creamy.
Quickly transfer to a piping bag fitted with a 2cm star nozzle, pipe into serving glasses.
Serve immediately with wafers.
