Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
450g/1lb raw prawns, peeled
splash white wine
1 tbsp olive oil
handful chopped coriander
Method

Heat the oil in large frying pan, add the garlic and cook for 30 secs. Stir in the prawns. As they start to turn pink and the edges golden, about 3 mins, add the wine. Let them bubble away for about 2 mins until reduced a little, then pour into a serving dish, season and scatter over the chopped coriander.
