1 whole Camembert wheel
5 garlic cloves, cut into large pieces
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
4 slices prosciutto
1 sheet frozen puff pastry
Egg yolk, beaten
Slice the very top off the Camembert wheel. Inset garlic pieces into the cheese and top with chives, pressing down gently. Place top of cheese back onto the wheel.
Lay 3 slices of prosciutto down on bench side-by-side, so they're slightly overlapping. Put camembert on top of prosciutto, placing it in the centre. Place remaining slice of prosciutto on top of the camembert wheel, then fold the prosciutto slices on the bottom of the wheel over to the top so it's completely wrapped up.
Place puff pastry on bench and place prosciutto-wrapped Camembert wheel in the middle of it. Fold the corners and sides of the puff pastry over the Camembert, until it's completely wrapped in pastry.
Flip over pastry-warped Camembert wheel and place on a baking try lined with baking paper. Brush with egg yolk and place in 200-degree for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven. Serve immediately with a green salad.
