8 beef sausages
2 onions, sliced
12 button mushrooms, halved
40 g packet beef stroganoff mix
½ cup roughly chopped dill or parsley
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and cook sausages for 10 min, until well browned.
Remove from pan and cut into bite-size pieces. Return to pan with onions and mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 5 min or until sausages cooked through.
- Combine beef stroganoff mix with 250ml water and pour into hot pan. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens. Add most of the herbs. Serve with peas, carrots and mashed potatoes. Garnish with remaining herbs.
