2 x 250g packets SunRice Brown Rice & Red Rice Infused with Chilli & Garlic
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
500g pork mince
½ x 850g packet Birds Eye Frozen Stir-Fry Oriental Mix
175g pouch KanTong Thai Green Curry Meal Base
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Place rice in a large bowl. Crumble with your fingers to separate grains.
Heat oil in a large, non-stick wok over a high heat. Add pork. Stir-fry, breaking up mince for about 5 minutes, or until changed in colour.
Add frozen vegetables and rice. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add meal base and sauce. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, or until hot. Serve.
