Ingredients
Berry & pomegranate
2 cups frozen berries
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 cup blueberry yoghurt
Chocolate strawberry
2 cups frozen strawberry slices
1 cup chocolate milk
1 cup strawberry yoghurt
Banana & mango
1 banana
1 cup diced frozen mango
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup vanilla yoghurt
Method
- Blend mixed frozen berries with pomegranate juice and blueberry yoghurt. Divide into containers and freeze.
- Blend frozen sliced strawberries with chocolate flavoured milk and strawberry yoghurt. When smooth, divide into tubs and freeze.
- Chop a banana and blend with mango, fresh orange juice and vanilla yoghurt. Divide mixture between portionsize containers and freeze.
