Ingredients
120 g baby rocket salad mix
3 large peaches, stoned, halved, sliced
¼ cup roughly chopped roasted hazelnuts
70 g prosciutto
1 bottle honey and dijon mustard vinaigrette, to drizzle
Method
- Combine rocket, peach, hazelnut and prosciutto in a large bowl. Transfer to a large serving platter, then drizzle with dressing and serve.
