250 g strawberries, hulled and halved, or quartered if large
½ cup seedless green grapes
½ cup seedless red grapes
½ cup seedless black grapes
1 large peach, stone removed and cut into bite-size pieces
1 banana, cut into bite-sized pieces
200 g chopped dark chocolate block
½ cup thickened cream
2 tbsp brown sugar
- Thread the fruits alternately onto 16 x wooden skewers (18cm long). Cover and chill until required. Serve fruit kebabs drizzled with the chocolate fondue (see below) and with some lightly whipped cream on the side.
- Place chopped dark chocolate, thickened cream and sugar in a small saucepan and stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
