Bright, frosted biscuits with a colourful \G\ (for George) decorated on top.

Ingredients

2 cups icing sugar mixture

2 bottles liquid food colouring (blue and green, or your choice)

250 g packet milk arrowroot biscuits

1 package white cachous sprinkles to decorate

Method

  1. Sift the icing sugar into a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of water and mix until you have a spreadable consistency. Place a quarter of the icing mixture into a separate bowl. Tint two colours, allowing more of the base colour.
  2. Spread approximately
1 teaspoon coloured icing over each biscuit with the back of a spoon or butter knife. Transfer to a tray and allow to set for 10 min.
  3. Place the second icing colour into a zip-lock bag
and snip one corner. Pipe preferred initials on top of
the biscuits. Gently press cachous into the top and bottom of each, if desired.
