Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 naan breads, store-bought
½ teaspoon dried chilli flakes (optional)
½ cup grated mozzarella
Method

Combine olive oil with garlic.

Brush over naan breads. Sprinkle each with dried chilli flakes (optional), then mozzarella.

Place on an oven tray. Heat in a very hot oven (220C) for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and naan are crisp.

Cut into fingers to serve.
