6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons grated parmesan
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
In a bowl, add butter, olive oil, parmesan, parsley, garlic and oregano. Whisk to combine.
Slice croissants in half, like you would a bread roll. Place on baking try, cut-side up. Spoon on garlic butter mixture and spread out with a back of a spoon.
Bake in a 200c oven for 7-8 minutes. Serve immediately.
