375 g spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
5 cloves garlic, peeled, thinly sliced
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
600 g seafood marinara mix
1 lemon, halved
½ cup chopped fresh parsley
- Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water until tender. Drain well.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add garlic and chilli. Cook, stirring for 1 minute. Add marinara mix. Cook, turning occasionally for about 3 minutes, or until cooked.
- Add pasta to pan. Squeeze over juice from one lemon half. Stir in parsley. Serve with remaining lemon half.
