1 kg pork and veal mince
2 Tbsp kecap manis
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp crushed garlic
1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
½ cup fresh white breadcrumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
¼ cup coriander, finely chopped
½ cup sweet chilli sauce, for brushing
- Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced). Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place all ingredients except sweet chilli sauce in a bowl and mix until combined. Season with pepper.
- Roll meatball mixture into walnut-sized balls and place onto baking trays 2cm apart. Bake for 12-15 min or until golden brown and cooked through. Set meatballs aside for 5 min before brushing with sweet chilli sauce. Serve.
