Ingredients
30 ml tequila
50 ml ginger syrup
12.5 ml Cointreau
ginger salt (½ tsp ground ginger and 3 tbsp salt) and lime slice to garnish
Method
- Rim a rocks glass with ginger salt. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over ice into the prepared glass, garnish with a slice of lime.
