Ingredients
6 plums, halved and pitted
25g/1oz light muscovado sugar
150ml/¼ pt apple juice
pinch ground cinnamon
2 waffles
Carte D’Or Greek Yoghurt & Honey
drizzle of maple syrup (optional)
Method

Put the plums into a saucepan with the sugar, apple juice and cinnamon. Simmer over a low heat for 5 mins, or until tender.

Warm the waffles under the grill or in a toaster. Place on two serving plates.

Spoon plums onto waffles, then top with generous scoops of Carte D’Or Greek Yoghurt & Honey. Serve at once, drizzled with maple syrup.
