Paltrow’s first book, My Father’s Daughter was inspired by her father, Bruce. In it, she shares her favourite family recipes and personal stories about growing up illustrated with beautiful photographs of Paltrow at home with her family and friends. The book features 150 recipes and ideas for burgers, mains, soups and treats and desserts.
2. It’s All Good, 2013
It’s All Good was written to help heal others. After a health scare and consequently a trip to the doctor, Gwyneth discovered that she was anemic, vitamin D deficient and that she was overstressed. To help overcome these issues the doctor prescribed her an elimination diet which at first was overwhelming but Paltrow created delicious, easy and healthy recipes that helped her heal.
This cookbook shares the recipes that help Gwyn feel her best and show that cutting out major food groups doesn’t mean you need to lose flavour as well.
3. It’s All Easy, 2016
Gwyneth’s third cookbook, It’s All Easy, was developed for the super-busy home cook. It features delicious weekday recipes that can all be made in less than 30 minutes. Most of the 125 recipes contain little to no sugar, are low in fat and have very little if any gluten.
4. The Clean Plate: Eat, Reset, Heal, 2019
Boasting over 100 recipes and six doctor-approved cleanses it’s no wonder that The Clean Plate skyrocketed to the top of the charts when it hit the stands in early 2019.
Gwyneth was inspired to make clean eating “doable and fun” for everyone. The book features clean smoothie, soup, entree, snack and dessert recipes. The at-home cleanses were designed by Gwyneth and a team of leading nutrition experts and doctors, including Dr. Alejandro Junger (Adrenal Support), Dr. Steven Gundry (Heart Health) and Dr. Aruna Viswanathan (Veg-Friendly Ayurveda).
