2 pieces Lebanese bread
⅔ cup chunky salsa
1 cup reduced-fat ricotta cheese
100 g shaved ham
12 halved cherry tomatoes
- Preheat the oven to 210°C (200°C fan forced). Place Lebanese bread on baking trays, spread each one with salsa, and dollop each with reduced-fat ricotta cheese.
- Top with shaved ham and cherry tomatoes. Bake for 8-10 min. Cut each pizza into four and serve with a side salad.
