6 cloves garlic, crushed
¼ bunch dill, finely chopped
¼ bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 tsp fine salt
250 g unsalted butter, softened
- Combine garlic, dill, parsley, dried herbs and salt in a small mixing bowl.
- Put butter in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat on high, using paddle attachment, until light and creamy. With mixer running, add herb mixture, 1 tbsp at a time. Form into 2 logs, wrap in baking paper and refrigerate until firm.
