Herb and garlic butter
Cook: 5 Minutes - easy - Serves 8 - Vegetarian - gluten-free - nut-free - egg-free - pregnancy-safe

Have this herbed butter on hand to top off a freshly grilled steak or whip up some garlic bread.

Ingredients

6 cloves garlic, crushed

¼ bunch dill, finely chopped

¼ bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

2 tsp dried mixed herbs

1 tsp fine salt

250 g unsalted butter, softened

Method

  1. Combine garlic, dill, parsley, dried herbs and 
salt in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Put butter in the bowl 
of an electric mixer and 
beat on high, using paddle attachment, until light and creamy. With mixer running, add herb mixture, 1 tbsp 
at a time. Form into 2 logs, wrap in baking paper and refrigerate until firm.
