350 g green beans, trimmed
20 g butter
1 Tbsp chopped fresh herbs of your choice
- Bring a medium saucepan of water to the boil. Add beans and cook for 2 minutes or until just tender. Drain and set aside.
- Heat butter in same pan over a medium heat. When butter has melted, return beans to saucepan with herbs. Toss until well combined and heated through. Serve.
