8 chicken drumsticks
¼ cup hoisin sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
500 g ready-made egg fried rice
- Cut four slits across each drumstick. Toss in a large bowl with ¼ cup each hoisin and soy sauce. Arrange in a single layer in a large roasting pan lined with baking paper. Reserve marinade.
- Cook in a hot oven (200C) for 20 minutes. Turn chicken. Brush with reserved marinade. Cook for about 20 minutes or until cooked.
- Meanwhile, heat fried rice according to packet directions.
- Serve rice with chicken. Garnish with chilli flakes (optional).
