She’s the Hollywood actress who’s lost 20kg thanks to Keto, inspiring her nearly 400,000 followers with her epic weight loss journey.
And now Jenna Jameson has revealed EXACTLY what she eats in a day, giving anyone looking to drop kilos the ultimate Keto diet plan.
Jenna’s become one of the world’s most famous Keto followers - joining celebrities such as Khloe Kardashian and Halle Berry - and her results are staggering.
Dropping 20kg in just eight months, her body transformation has been amazing - with the celebrity mum posting regular before and afters to keep herself and others inspired.
But how does she do it? Revealing that she fasts from 6pm until 11am every day - a common tactic with Keto followers - Jenna has revealed her day on a plate.
She says: ‘Here’s an updated “What I eat in a day”
‘Two cups of coffee with stevia and sugar free creamer. Then I wait until I get hungry ... I then put my daughter to nap and work on my poshmark (link in bio)
‘When she wakes up I immediately put rice or pasta to boil for her and lately I have been loving making a tender white fish baked in the oven in butter with garlic (see my salmon recipe in my highlights) I pair that with a arugula salad with olive oil and a touch of vinegar or my savage cabbage (recipe in my highlights).
‘For my last meal before my fast I am loving my “Beastie Bolognese” (see my highlights) I eat it like chili!!!! Then my intermittent fasting begins around 6 pm. ‘During my fast I allow myself “nana” which is a Moroccan mint tea. (Fresh mint leaves and hot water. Then I go to bed!’
Adding that she ‘hope this helps you guys!’, Jenna says that she is eating more calories now than usual as she’s at her goal weight. She adds: ‘Adjust your portions if in weight loss mode!’
The star also has all of the recipes she talks about on her Instagram page, so anyone can use them. Love it!
Jenna says that before she started Keto she was tired and lethargic all the time, struggling to do the most basic of tasks. But now she says she’s now full of energy and very happy.
The mum says she regularly takes snaps in her old, now-oversized clothes to help her see how far she’s come.
‘Nothing motivates me more to stay on my health trajectory than seeing progress, even the smallest of advancement,’ she says. ‘I urge you to be patient and stay the course.’
