16 beef or pork chipolata sausages
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
¼ cup honey
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced). Place sausages into a baking dish, spray with oil and bake for 20 min, turning once during cooking, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, combine the garlic, oyster sauce and honey in a small bowl until well combined.
- Pour honey sauce over the sausages and turn to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Return to oven for a further 5 min or until sauce begins to caramelise. Serve with shredded vegetable salad and crunchy noodles. Garnish with sliced spring/green onions if desired.
