6 hot cross buns
1 packet marshmallows
6 chocolate Easter eggs, broken into pieces
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Slice each bun vertically into 4 pieces. Lay half the slices on a baking tray.
- Cut marshmallows in half horizontally and put 4 marshmallow halves on each slice. Top with Easter egg pieces and another piece of bun.
- Place in oven for 3-4 minutes or until marshmallows have melted.
