4 cranberry & pomegranate tea bags
1 litre boiling water
2 tbsp caster sugar
1 orange thinly sliced
½ cup frozen cranberries
8 fresh strawberries
1 litre sparkling mineral water to serve
- Steep 4 cranberry & pomegranate tea bags in 1L boiling water for 3-4 min. Remove the bags and add 2 tablespoons caster sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Chill. Pour over ice cubes and add a few orange slices, frozen cranberries and strawberries. Top up with mineral water to serve.
