Enter clever Mum of 5 Naomi Mee, creator of the Ultimate Snack Hack!
Naomi has shared on a Facebook page just what it takes to keep her tribe full and healthy with a mountain of portioned and packaged snacks.
Naomi shares: “I’ve been doing this for the past few weeks and it’s been working fantastic! (should have done it ages ago) Every day snacks covered. I’ve got 5 kids. Some home educate and some are at school - works great for all!”
Followers were amazed at her organisational skills but were also intrigued with just how Naomi can afford so many avocados!
“There's a house deposit sitting in the front half of your fruit bowl” said one.
“Yep save all ur avocado money and save a deposit in 625 yrs of 10 grand….” Added another.
Busy Mum Naomi also adds: “I replenish the fruit and fridge box half way through the week. The pantry snack box lasts all week #win (All snack vary from week to week. Muffins are normally individually wrapped & frozen and boiled eggs/yogurt are a regular too)”
Naomi is also careful to limit the amount of snacks each member of the family is able to consume.
“I portion out all the days snacks into lunch boxes for the 3 younger kids .. and the older two have free reign apart from only 1 fruit pot a day & 3 carb choices. They are pretty good with food choices.”
Not only is Naomi a super organised Mum of 5, she also runs her own business with her husband as a marriage therapist!
