2 cups white chocolate melts
Orange food colouring
6 water balloons, filled with air to create small balloon and tied closed
1 cup dark chocolate melts
Vanilla ice-cream to serve
Place white chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring occasionally until melted.
Add a few drops of orange food colouring to the melted chocolate until a pumpkin shade of orange is achieved. Stir well to combine.
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place a water balloon into the orange chocolate mixture so that half the balloon is submerged, lifting it out and placing it on the baking tray. Repeat with remaining balloons. Leave to set, around 30 minutes.
Place dark chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring occasionally until melted. Pour into a piping bag, and attach a very thin nozzle.
Practice creating two triangle eye shapes and a smiley shape onto baking paper, before repeating the eyes and smiles onto one side of each of the orange chocolate bowls.
Gently snip the balloon to let the air out and discard. Fill bowls with ice-cream and serve.
