85 g packet flavoured jelly crystals, any flavours
1 tbsp gelatine powder
1 cup boiling water
- Empty packet of jelly crystals into a heatproof jug. Add the gelatine powder and stir to combine.
- Pour in the boiling water and stir quickly with a fork to dissolve. Allow to stand for 10 min or until most of the bubbles on the surface subside.
- Lay out 2-3 silicon moulds onto flat baking trays. Carefully pour the hot jelly liquid amongst moulds until almost full. Transfer to the fridge for 30 min or until firm, then transfer to the freezer for 1 hr or until frozen. Unmould and allow to thaw before serving. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
