250 g kale
Olive oil cooking spray
1 tsp sesame seeds
- Preheat oven to 160°C (fan-forced). Line 2 oven trays with baking paper. Using a sharp knife, remove stem from centre of kale leaves and discard. Cut leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange kale on prepared trays and spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until kale is crisp. Serve.
