Cook: 20 Minutes - easy - Serves 4 - Vegetarian - Vegan - gluten-free - nut-free - dairy-free - egg-free - paleo - pregnancy-safe

Hard to get your head around but easy on the tastebuds, do try these at home!

Ingredients

250 g kale

Olive oil cooking spray

1 tsp sesame seeds

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (fan-forced). Line 2 oven trays with baking paper. Using a sharp knife, remove stem from centre of kale leaves and discard. Cut leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Arrange kale on prepared trays and spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until kale is crisp. Serve.
