600 g kale, washed, and large stalks removed
16 slices pancetta
1 tbsp olive oil
- Blanch the kale in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain. Transfer to a bowl of iced water. Fry the pancetta and drain on kitchen towel. Drain the kale and fry in a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil and season. Serve with slices of fried pancetta on top.
