First you’ll need a clear glass jar, just any will do, but the one Khloé uses specifically is the Heritage Hill Glass Jar – 2 Gal, which you can find on eBay for $49.53.
Otherwise, if you’re a normal non-millionaire like the rest of us, you can find a perfectly good cookie jar at Target for just $12.
Once you’ve found your container, you can then choose any kind of cookie you want to have in there. Khloé uses different flavoured Oreos across multiple jars, and one of her favourites is not just your regular Oreo, but the double-stuffed ones.
“I like double stuffed because they just look better because they’re thicker,” Khloé says in her KHLO-C-D: Cookie Jars video.
If you’re doing the regular sized Oreo cookies however, you may need a few more packs of them.
You can then start to fill up your jar by laying the cookies flat around the edges, and then continue on with the next row, sitting the cookies over the area where the two cookies below touch.
You’ll keep doing this until you reach the top, and a little pro tip is to just leave the middle hollow to save yourself using more cookies than necessary.
It’s also good to mention that your top row should be laid slightly further in from the edge than the other rows so it will make putting the lid on much easier.
And then you’re good to go!
Now Khloé does say she refills the jars every 30 days, so to avoid wasting food every month, especially if this is something you’d like to keep doing for a while, you can always fill your jars with fake cookies or even lollies that will last longer.
Happy stacking!
