1 pack brownie cake mix
650g cream cheese, chopped and at room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 x 170g Kit Kat blocks
Extra Kit Kats, crushed, to serve
Prepare a 20cm x 20cm nonstick brownie tin, lining it with baking paper.
Prepare the brownie cake mix as per packet instructions. Place in tin and bake in a 175-degree oven for 20 minutes.
In a large bowl, add cream cheese and caster sugar and beat with electric beater until combined. Add vanilla, mix again. Add eggs, one at a time, beating the whole time, until well combined.
Place the Kit Kat blocks on top of brownie, side by side. Spoon cheesecake mixture on top of the Kit Kats, smoothing out with the back of a spoon to create an even layer.
Return to oven and cook for another 40 minutes. Slice into squares, top with Kit Kat pieces and serve.
