‘This ice cream is slightly thicker in consistency compared to a classic Drumstick cone and is a tad sweeter. After a few bites, you’ll hit the rich fudge center, which is very comparable to the Drumstick fudge center (if not identical).
‘The cone itself is crispy, sugary, and lined with chocolate on the inside. Once you get to the bottom of the cone, you’re in for a treat because it’s filled with rich “chocolate-y nugget”.
‘If you’ve ever had a Drumstick cone (I’m sure most of you have), these are incredibly similar to them. It makes sense, since Nestle is behind them both, but it would’ve been nice to see a little more unique additions. The biggest difference with these KitKat Cones is the wafer pieces embedded into the chocolate shell.’
Jason adds: ‘All in all these, are a definite buy! If you love KitKat, I guarantee you’ll enjoy these.’
The Kit Kate ice-creams are currently for sale in the US, but our spies tell us that the treats should soon be on their way to Australia too. Watch this space!
