It’s going to be a long, hot summer in Australia - especially for our four-legged friends.

Well it seems Kmart has come to the rescue, releasing an inflatable pool boat ... just for your dog!

Kmart is now selling inflatable pool boats & rash vests ... for your dog!

The Dog Inflatable Boat costs just $19 and is ‘claw resistant’, and its pirate ship design means that your furry friend can sit pretty on the water while the family splashes in the pool.

Says Kmart: ‘Let your furry friend lounge on this inflatable boat for some splishy splashy fun in the pool!’

And it doesn’t stop there! Kmart is also selling a Pet Rash Vest for the pooch in your world - in a range of sizes and in boy and girl colour combinations. Amazing!

One shopper took to the Kmart Mums Australia Facebook page to share a gorgeous snap of her adorable sausage dog enjoying the range.

‘For $19 this is the best blow up bed for our pup! And can’t forget the great rashies for our pets too!’ she writes.

So cute!
