She writes: ‘Any Keto/Low Carbers in the house? I usually make these keto Parmesan crackers in the oven, but doing them in the pie maker makes them a perfectly round cracker size and less chance of burning 🤩 sprinkle enough grated Parmesan to cover the base, cook until cooked through, while hot scoop them out and allow to fully cool down so they get crunchy - so easy!’
She adds that the crackers take around 4 to 5 minutes to cook, saying: ‘Just watch them the first time so they don’t burn. You want the cheese just melted and starting to sizzle!’
Celine goes on to explain you can use any sort of parmesan or cheese to create the crackers, and have all been a hit.
She adds: ‘It’s just cheese, nothing else. I have used long life, fresh and pre-grated Parmesan and they have all been successful.’
The recipe idea blew away members of the popular Facebook group, attracting more than a thousand likes and comments.
