Revealing her technique, Linda writes: ‘One packet of 2 minute noodles in bowl pour boiled water on and set aside. Mix 2 eggs a dash of milk and the seasoning from the noodle pack (mine was Chicken), drain noodle and mix with egg mix. I greased the pie maker and put in for about 8-10 mins.
‘Fill to top to get the crunchy noodle top!’
Genius! Not surprisingly, the clever pie hack was a hit with the group’s other followers.
Wrote one: ‘Love this idea, especially for the kids after school snack!’
Revealed another: ‘Love the fact the noodles on top are crunchy!’ And a third wrote: ‘My extremely fussy kids are chowing down on this right now! They are loving it.
