Home cook and Kmart Pie Makers follower Dianne shared her recipe for Vanilla Slice Pies – and we have to say, they look like a dream come true!
Using the $29 Kmart gadget, Dianne reveals how she combined one packet of Cottee’s Instant Vanilla Pudding mix with 300ml of cream and 150ml of milk using an electric hand beater to make the filling.
Then, using 3 sheets of puff pastry, she blind baked the pastry pie bottoms in the pie maker for about two minutes with the lid closed and then another minute with the lid open.
