Just when we thought we’d seen anything and everything made using the Kmart Pie Maker, along comes this creation!
A clever Aussie mum has revealed how she whipped up a giant homemade Wagon Wheel using the hugely popular gadget, and all of Australia is talking about it.
Revealing that she adapted a New Idea Food recipe (click here!) to create the mega Wagon Wheel, Claudia writes: ‘OMG that is all.... an Aussie icon... any guesses???’
Claudia started by making the biscuit base ...

She then cut out a circle shape - with handles! - in some baking paper ...

It didn’t take long for the group’s thousands of members to work out that it was of course a Wagon Wheel - and they were blown away by the result.

She then placed jam on top of the bottom biscuit base ...

Place the top biscuit layer on and then dipped it all in chocolate! The end result? The perfect Pie Maker Mega Wagon Wheel!

As for how it tasted, Claudia definitely didn’t hold back!
‘Far out it tasted amazing and that biscuit recipe alone was a cracker, so easy and cooked beautifully in the FPM,’ she added.
