410g packet chocolate cupcakes
400g tub Creamy Deluxe Vanilla Frosting
Liquid green food colouring
Mini Lady Birds, Mini Flowers and Roses Icing Decorations

Line a 12-hole muffin pan (1/3-cup capacity) with paper cases.

Prepare cupcake mix according to packet directions, reserving frosting sachet. Divide evenly among prepared paper cases.

Cook in a moderately slow oven (160C) for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked when tested. Remove. Stand in pan 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.

Prepare reserved chocolate frosting according to packet directions. Spread evenly over the cupcakes.

Tint vanilla frosting green with colouring. Using a toothpick, pierce the end of a disposable piping bag several times to create small holes. Fill bag with frosting. Pipe onto chocolate-frosted cupcakes to create “grass” and decorate with decorations, as pictured.
