2 x 180 g packets jelly lollies, such as jelly beans
2 ¼ cups lemon flavoured mineral water
¼ cup lime cordial (green)
- Divide jelly lollies evenly among eight ice pop moulds (100ml-capacity).
- Combine mineral water and cordial in a jug. Pour evenly over lollies in moulds to within 5mm of the top.
- Tap base of moulds to remove air bubbles. Insert ice pop mould lids. Freeze overnight.
- When ready to serve, run moulds under warm water for a couple of seconds to remove ice pops.
