A sweet citrus twist on a cocktail classic.
juice of 6 mandarins
2 mandarins, for serving
100 ml vodka
100 ml Cointreau
1 bottle Prosecco, Cava or Champagne, well chilled
- Place some Martini glasses (or Champagne flutes) into the freezer. Mix the mandarin juice, vodka and Cointreau in a jug, then chill for 1 hr (or up to 1 day). Thinly slice the 2 mandarins to use as a garnish.
- To serve, put a mandarin slice into each frosty glass. Fill almost halfway with the chilled jug mixture, then open the bottle of fizz and top up the glasses.
