Ingredients
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon coconut cream
1 teaspoon Malibu rum
1 teaspoon sugar
1 large fresh mango, flesh only
150ml Malibu extra
Handful ice
Method

Add cream, coconut cream, rum and sugar to a bowl and beat with an electric beater until cream is thickened.

Place mango, extra Malibu and ice in a blender and blitz until well combined.

Pour mango mixture into a serving glass. Add a few tablespoons of cream and serve!
