250 g punnet halved strawberries
½ small papaya
3 passionfruit pulp removed
¼ cup mint
Greek-style natural yoghurt or coconut yoghurt (optional), to serve
Toasted muesli (optional), to serve
- Make a fruit salad with 1 large peeled and sliced mango, 250g punnet halved strawberries and ½ small papaya. Drizzle with the pulp of three passionfruit, top with mint leaves. For something extra, spoon over yoghurt and sprinkle with toasted muesli.
