Mars Bar Mousse. You're welcome!
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 Mars Bars, chopped
3 egg whites
Shaved chocolate to serve
Place milk, cocoa powder and Mars Bars into a medium-sized saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring until mixture is melted and combined. Transfer mixture to medium bowl and set aide.
Place egg whites in another bowl and beat with electric beater until soft peaks form. Gently fold into chocolate Mars Bar mixture, a large spoonful at a time, until combined.
Spoon mixture into three bowls and refrigerate for two hours. Serve, topped with shaved chocolate.
