250 g marshmallows
12 long thick BBQ-style skewers
375 g milk chocolate baking melts
rainbow sprinkles to decorate
- Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. Thread 3 marshmallows onto each skewer and then set aside.
- Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and melt according to the packet directions. Transfer the melted chocolate to a shallow bowl or plate with a rimmed side.
- Take each skewer and roll in the melted chocolate to cover all sides, shaking off the excess. Scatter with sprinkles or hundred and thousands and place onto prepared baking trays to set. Allow chocolate to set firm before wrapping each one in cellophane and then tying with a piece of curling ribbon.
