He starts off with placing butter into each press of the jaffle maker, then he places different ingredients into each one, including green chilli, Mexican hot sauce, salt, Dijon mustard, coconut cream and fish sauce.
Jock then adds an egg to each press, before closing the lid and leaving it to cook for roughy two-minutes.
"The reality is, I have no idea how long this is going to take. My estimation is around two minutes," he said.
After the eggs have cooked, Jock opens the lid to reveal four perfectly cooked omelettes, and describes the smell to be "unbelievable".
"Talk about a quick meal," he said.
And the chef couldn't help but taste his dish, adding: "Classic and delicious."
"There is no excuse for rubbish food," he said.
