200 g tub beetroot dip
200 g tub hummus
⅔ cup crumbled soft feta (like Danish)
¾ cup ready-made tabouli
½ cup sliced, pitted Kalamata olives
Zataar baked pita chips (below)

6 Lebanese bread rounds
olive oil spray
2 - 3 tsp zaatar
- Take a flat serving plate and spread beetroot dip in a thin layer over the base. Spread hummus over beetroot dip then sprinkle with feta. Top with tabouli and olives. Chill until required. Serve with zaatar baked pita chips for scooping. Garnish with micro herbs.
- Spray Lebanese breads with olive oil spray. Sprinkle each with zaatar. Bake on oven trays for 6-8 min at 180°C (160°C fan forced) or until golden and crisp. Break into pieces to serve.
