She then reduces the heat to low, covers the pot and cooks the mixture for FOUR HOURS. Yes, you read that right - FOUR HOURS. Not one, not two - but a whopping four.
Meghan says the super long cooking time leads to the mixture becoming super creamy and delicious - YUM-MO.
At the end of the four hours, Meghan cooks up some pasta and adds it to the sauce along with the juice of half a lemon, a cup of grated parmesan and some red chilli flakes.
And the end result? Deeeeeeeelicious - trust us. Extra creamy, extra tasty - and one of the best vegetarian pastas we’ve tried.
You go girl!

It’s no surprise that Meghan Markle has a lot of feathers in her cap - actress, humanitarian, oh and she’s a Duchess.
But did you know that the woman can cook? Long before she married Prince Harry she ran a wellness blog, sharing all her favourite tips and tricks for a healthy life.
But it’s her recipe for zucchini pasta that really caught our eye because of it’s VERY unusual cooking method.
Meghan starts by cooking one diced onion in a tablespoon of oil for about six minutes over a medium heat. She then adds five chopped medium zucchini and 1/2 a cup of water, and a chicken stock cube.
